How to Add Shopify App Billing Expenses

How to Add Shopify Charges as Expenses

You can import your paid Shopify bills into Juicy and include them as expenses in your profit calculations.

💡 Good to know

Shopify charges cannot currently be imported automatically. You'll need to export them from Shopify and upload them to Juicy manually.

The process only takes about a minute, and you can import multiple charges at once.

Step 1: Open Expenses in Juicy

Go to Settings → Finances → Expenses.

Step 2: Open Shopify Charges

Click Shopify charges in the top-right corner.

Step 3: Export Your Shopify Bills

In your Shopify Admin:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Select the bills you want to import
  3. Click Export bills
  4. Shopify will send the CSV file to your email

💡 Tip

You can select and export multiple Shopify bills at once. You don't need to export each bill separately.

Step 4: Upload the File to Juicy

Go back to:

Settings → Finances → Expenses → Shopify charges

Click Add file and select the CSV file you received from Shopify.

Then click Upload.

Step 5: Select the Charges to Import

Juicy will show all charges found in your Shopify bill.

Click Select suggested to automatically select the charges Juicy recommends importing.

✅ Select suggested

Juicy automatically selects relevant Shopify app and subscription charges while leaving out zero-value and irrelevant charges.

You can review the selection and manually select or deselect any charge before importing.

When everything looks correct, click Import as expenses.

Done! 🎉

Your selected Shopify charges are now added as expenses in Juicy and included in your profit calculations.
