Agency fees
If an agency runs your ads and charges a percentage of your ad spend, a fixed fee, or both, you can enter that fee in Juicy. Juicy then subtracts it from your net profit, so your profit reflects what your ads really cost you.
Where to find it
Go to Settings > Finances > Agency fees and click Add agency fee.
Setting up an agency fee
The form has five parts. At the top, a summary describes your entry in one sentence, for example "10% of Meta and Google ad spend from Oct 1, 2026. On Meta, only Brand DE and Brand AT count." Use it to check that the fee works the way you expect.
Agency
Enter a name, for example the name of your agency.
Period
Set a start date and an end date if the fee only applies for a limited time, for example when you switch agencies or renegotiate your contract. Leave both empty if the fee always applies. A fixed fee always needs a start date, on or after January 1, 2020.
Fee
Pick one of the three options:
- Same fee for all platforms: one percentage for all your ad spend.
- Different fee per platform: a separate percentage for each ad platform, for example 10% for Meta and 5% for Google. Platforms without a fee are not charged.
- No percentage: if your agency only charges a fixed fee. Add it in the next section.
Fixed fee
Turn on Charge a fixed fee if your agency charges a fixed amount, on top of the percentage or instead of it. Enter the amount, pick its currency and choose whether it's charged per day, per week or per month.
Periods start on your start date. A monthly fee starting on the 15th runs from the 15th to the 14th of the next month.
- Spread over the period (on by default): Juicy books the fee evenly on every day of the period. For example, €3,000 per month in a 30-day month is €100 per day.
- With it turned off, Juicy books the whole fee on the first day of each period.
Juicy never books a fixed fee after today or after your end date. If your end date falls in the middle of a period, only the days up to the end date are booked. For example, €3,000 per month from September 1 with an end date of September 15 books €100 per day for 15 days.
If the fee is in a different currency than your shop, Juicy converts each period at the exchange rate of its first day. For a fee that goes back a long time, the older periods can take a few minutes to appear.
Which spend counts
These settings only appear when your fee includes a percentage.
- Include ignored Meta campaigns: campaigns you ignore in Juicy don't count toward the fee by default. Turn this on if your agency still charges for them.
- Include disconnected ad accounts: spend from ad accounts that are no longer connected to Juicy doesn't count by default. Turn this on if your agency still charges for it. This setting has no effect on Meta.
- Ad accounts per platform: for every platform with a fee you can choose:
- All accounts
- Only the selected accounts: useful if your agency only manages some of your accounts.
- All except the selected accounts: useful if you run some accounts yourself.
Click Save. Juicy calculates the fee for every day in the period, including past dates. This takes a few seconds.
Several agencies
You can add as many agency fees as you need. If two entries cover the same ad spend, for example a media agency and a creative agency both charging a percentage of your Meta spend, Juicy charges both.
Where you see agency fees
- Dashboard: in the Agency fees tile and in the cost breakdown.
- Profit & loss: as a separate row below your ad spend, and as a column in the Excel export.
- Net profit: agency fees are subtracted from net profit everywhere in Juicy.
Agency fees are not included in:
- ROAS, cost per order and other ad metrics. These stay based on the spend your ad platforms report, so they match what you see in Meta, Google and the other ad platforms.
- Profit after ad spend on the marketing pages for each platform.
- Profit & loss by country. Like your expenses and income, agency fees aren't assigned to a country.
Keeping fees up to date
When your ad platforms update past ad spend, or a new ad account finishes importing its history, Juicy updates the agency fees for those days automatically, usually within a few minutes.
A fixed fee books each new day shortly after midnight in your shop's time zone.
Editing and deleting
Click an agency fee in the list to change it. Saving recalculates the fee for all dates. To remove an agency fee, open it and click Delete. Its costs are removed from your profit straight away.
Moving a fixed fee from your expenses
If you previously added your agency's fixed fee as a recurring expense, delete that expense after adding the fixed fee here. Otherwise it's subtracted from your profit twice.
