Summarize multiple shops
Overview
If you manage multiple Shopify stores, you can now view combined statistics across all your connected shops in a single dashboard view.
Revenue, costs, ad spend, and all other metrics are aggregated and automatically converted to your primary store's currency.
Prerequisites
- You must have at least two stores connected via Access Sharing
How to Use
- Open the Dashboard page
- Next to the Store dropdown, you will see a Summarize all shops checkbox
- Check the box to combine stats from all your connected stores into one view
When summarization is active, the store dropdown is disabled. Uncheck the box to return to viewing individual store data.
Your preference is saved automatically and persists across sessions.
Currency Conversion
When your connected shops use different display currencies, all monetary values are automatically converted to your primary store's currency before being combined.
Conversion rates are applied per day, so historical data uses the rate that was valid on that specific date.
Metrics that are converted include revenue, profit, costs, ad spend, and all other monetary values.
Availability
The summarize option only appears on the main Dashboard page.
Individual platform pages (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.) continue to show data for one store at a time using the store dropdown.
